General

SuperCFO is an AI-powered financial analysis platform that turns raw financial documents into actionable insights. Upload your files — Excel, PDF, CSV, or even photos of receipts — tell SuperCFO what you need, and receive interactive dashboards, reports, slides, expense claims, and more, all generated in seconds. It is designed for CFOs, accountants, auditors, and finance teams who need fast, accurate analysis without the manual spreadsheet work.

SuperCFO supports a wide range of financial document formats including Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, PDF, images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP), Word (.docx), and JSON files. For PDFs and images, we use AI-powered OCR to accurately extract tables, figures, and text from scanned documents. You can also connect cloud sources like Google Drive, OneDrive, Xero, and QuickBooks for direct imports.

The process is simple: upload one or more financial documents, select the type of analysis or output you need (dashboard, report, slides, etc.), and SuperCFO handles the rest. Our AI extracts structured data from your files, applies the appropriate financial template, and streams the result back to you in real time. The entire process typically takes between 10 and 60 seconds depending on complexity.

SuperCFO offers 63+ pre-built dashboard templates across categories including Financial Overview, Cash Flow Analysis, Profitability, Sales and Revenue, Credit Analysis (CTOS), Expense Management, IFRS and MPERS reporting, and more. Each template is specifically designed for its financial domain with relevant KPIs, charts, and data tables. You can also use the Ask SuperCFO feature to generate fully custom outputs.

Yes. SuperCFO integrates with Xero, QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive, allowing you to import data directly from these platforms without manual file uploads. This means you can pull your latest financials directly into SuperCFO for analysis, keeping your workflow seamless and reducing the risk of version errors.

Absolutely. You can export dashboards as PDF, download generated Excel files and PowerPoint slides, and share them with colleagues or clients. All outputs are self-contained and professionally formatted, so they are ready for boardroom presentations or audit reviews. Organization accounts also allow team members to share a credit pool for collaborative use.

Pricing & Credits

Yes, SuperCFO offers a free tier with 200 credits per month, which is enough to generate several dashboards, run analyses, and try out most features. No credit card is required to get started. Paid plans — Starter, Professional, and Business — offer significantly more credits, higher-tier features, and priority processing for teams with heavier usage.

Each AI operation consumes a specific number of credits based on the actual compute cost involved. Simple tasks like generating a basic dashboard use 2 credits, while more complex operations like multi-file report compilation, financial modelling, or slide generation use 5 to 8 credits. Your monthly credit allowance resets each billing cycle, and you can always check your remaining balance in the app.

If you exhaust your monthly credit allowance, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more credits, or wait for your credits to reset at the start of your next billing cycle. SuperCFO will notify you when your balance is running low so there are no surprises. We never charge overage fees — you simply cannot exceed your plan limit.

Security & Privacy

Yes. Security is a core priority at SuperCFO. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest on our servers. We process your documents solely to generate the outputs you request and do not use your data to train AI models. Access is authenticated via Google OAuth with session tokens validated on every request.

No. We do not share, sell, or provide your financial data to any third parties. Your documents are sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) only for the purpose of processing your specific request, and these providers are contractually bound not to retain or train on your data. You retain full ownership of all uploaded documents and generated outputs.

Yes. You can delete individual dashboards, reports, and other outputs at any time from within the app. If you want a complete account and data deletion, you can request it through our data deletion page or by contacting support. We will remove all your data from our systems within 30 days of the request, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

Yes. SuperCFO includes report compilation engines specifically designed for IFRS and MPERS standards, as well as interim financial reporting. These engines generate properly formatted financial statements from your source data, helping ensure compliance with the relevant accounting standards. This is particularly useful for audit firms and finance teams preparing statutory reports.
